///////// a little about me

hey, i’m anurag, a product designer exploring how systems, behavior, and design come together to make technology feel more human.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////

currently building learning tools and internal dashboards at airtribe, and earlier worked across edtech, fintech making tools at newton schoolninjacart, and cognizant

if you are building something thoughtful or weird, say hi at mail.

///////// work so far

i’ve worked with teams across edtech, fintech, and web3

airtribe (sep 2024 - current)
designing learning tools and internal tools

newton school (may 2024 - aug 2024)
building learning tools and design systems

ninjacart (jan 2024 - may 2024)
designing learning tools and internal tools

cognizant (nov 2020 - march 2024)
designing learning tools and internal tools

//////////////////////////////////////////////////

over time, i’ve learned that design isn’t just about pixels, but about understanding how people think & this intersection is where my process lives.
it is the intersection of systems, behavior, and design ,making products that feel simple, human, and delightful

my work

////

my work lies in between them(currently)

Over the years, I’ve developed skills in building my process in :-

• Product strategy — understanding user needs and business goals

• UI/UX design — creating user-friendly interfaces

• Design systems — ensuring clarity and consistency across platforms

• Research — gathering meaningful insights for better design choices

These skills form the foundation of my projects, focusing on delivering functional and enjoyable solutions.

///////// HOW THINGS MOVED

i graduated in 2020 with a degree in mechanical engineering and started working as a programmer at cognizant. i liked building things, but over time, i got curious about how people actually used what i built.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////

that curiosity led me to design. in 2022, i began my master’s in design at nift, majoring in experience design with a focus on research. i learned how design brings structure, interaction, and context together to create meaningful experiences.

since 2023, i’ve been working as a designer, finding balance between research and craft to build digital interfaces that work for both users and businesses

made a few stops before i found design.

memories??

///////// little experiments

i build small experiments to learn and explore new ideas.most of these experiments start as “i wonder what happens if…”

//////////////////////////////////////////////////

creative coding

creative coding: making data viz p5.js sketches and generative visuals

ai + code + prototyping

i build quick tools, tiny interactions, and prototypes using curosr and swift ( still figuring out )

touchdesigner visuals

i make with motion and reactive visuals in touchdesigner ( to play with my dj controller)

graphics + 3d explorations

i explore visual ideas through graphic design,ai generated images and 3d graphics in blender

///////// outside of design

outside the screen, i take photos, watch anime alot of them ( call me weeb), play football when possible, and keep a small sneaker collection.

music is a big part of my day. listening, finding out new artist i love everything. i recently got a dj controller, so i’m learning mixes and building visual sets ( noob rn )

//////////////////////////////////////////////////

these small interests keep things fresh and often show up in how i think about design.
